When a user clicks on your affiliate link, your link installs a “tracking cookie” on their browser. The “tracking cookie” is valid for 60 days. This means if they purchase one of our support plans within 60 days of clicking on your affiliate link, you’ll get credit for the sale and recurring commissions for it.
No – there’s no limit on how many people you refer, plans you sale, or monthly commissions you receive.
Your commissions will be paid for as long as a customer’s support plan is active and paid. If a customer uses our support for 10 years, you’ll receive payouts every month for 10 years.
If a customer upgrades the plan you referred to a higher plan, your 10% commission applies to the increased plan price. The same goes if a customer downgrades or cancels.
Since 2010, we’ve considered ourselves a “customer support” company first and a “website support” company second. We apply the Golden Rule to both our clients and affiliates.

Your commissions may change if a customer upgrades, downgrades, or cancels their support plan. Other than that, we honor commissions for the lifetime of the plans you refer as described in our affiliate terms & conditions.
Yes. If you're already a customer, commissions from your referrals will be applied as credits to your existing subscription(s). Once your commissions exceed the price of your subscriptions, the balance will be paid out as direct deposits to your checking account.
