What if I don’t have requests every month?
That’s okay – our WordPress webmaster service includes maintenance and security: daily plugin & theme updates, 24/7 uptime monitoring, daily virus scans, malware removal, daily site backups, brute force protection and more.
Where is your WordPress webmaster service located?
We’re a small team that’s proudly US-based. We started in Los Angeles in 2010 and have since moved operations Las Vegas. We operate on Pacific Time and are available Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, our website management service is month-to-month. Simply cancel before your next payment or renew as necessary. While there are no refunds, you are free to cancel or resume at anytime.
What if I need more than 2 hours per month?
You can always purchase additional monthly hours or a la carte hours as-needed. You can also upgrade to a plan with more hours as well if needed. Upgrade, downgrade, add hours or reduce extra hours as you need to. All our plans are flexible and month-to-month.
What can I use my monthly time on?
You can use your monthly hour towards having us perform website edits; phone calls / consultations with your dedicated website manager; website troubleshooting; 3rd party website integrations; or even tutorials made by us if there’s something you want to learn how to do on your website.
Will you manage any kind of website?
We can manage most types of websites on the majority of website platforms. If you see that a particular site function or feature is not covered in one of our plans, contact us for a custom review and quote.
Do you support E-Commerce / WooCommerce sites? (aka “online stores” and “shopping carts”)
